• Requests for refunds or returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
